Husband wants divorce
Found out husband may be in homosexual relationship he wants divorce and custody of the kids he has filed a motion against our house and is making my life a living hell i am scared of losing my home that i bought and my children what can i do?

Just as an afterthought, do not be too alarmed about "the motion against your house." I imagine this is probably a Lis Pendens. All this means is that you can not sell, transfer or change the title of your house while the divorce proceeding is pending. This is a protective measure placed on the land records to secure a party's claim on the property so that the sale, mortgage, or encumbrance of the property will not diminish plaintiff's rights to the property, should plaintiff prevail in its case.
