my husband has filed for divorce and we are in complete agreement.if he does not show up in court ,can i use the power of attornet that he has given to me to finalize the divorce?

The Court will not allow that. However, if you are the Plaintiff and you can show the Court good service and explain that you are in full agreement and present Proposed Orders to the Court, most judges will enter a final order in his absence, assuming that the agreement is reasonable. If there is state assistance, you must notify and meet with the Assistant Attorney General for Child Support as well.
