Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut
My husband moved out and is living 2 miles away from me and my kid's with one of his girlfriends, this new girlfriend also just called my 75 year old father to say they have been togehter 4 years, This is the last staw bothering my parents, he has had alot of affairs on me, a few at once, i have proof he is just like Tiger Woods, he says he wants a meidator, yet he waited until i was at work after saying he would take nothing, cleaned out my downstairs and a big screen t.v. which my kid's loved. My question is i have his Visa check card # which i wrote down a while ago, could i get in trouble if i orderd somethings he tookto replace with his card to pay for it online? also is there a list of div. att'ys by chance that help out for free in CT. all i have is a retainer, i had to close out my IRA and i know i will need more, my husband gives me very little while he has $ saved in different accf's. and is giving to girlfriends, he is also an E-7 in the Guard and has a windows business, he makes good $$.

I do not think it's a good idea to charge anything on that Visa card. You could call Legal Aid to see if you qualify for a free attorney.
