Ex husband stopped child support

I was divorced 3/31/04. My ex's hours were reduced at work 1/1/04. My initial child support was based on 1/2 the income he made for 15 years. It was to be ''revisited'' 10/04. I did not have the money for another legal battle and just left it as it was. On 3/31/05 he was laid off with a 5 month severence pkg. On 8/31/05 he said he had no more income and did not pay. On 9/28/05 he dropped off a check for $137. saying that his income through unemployment is $465/wk. Mine is $576 per week. He writes I am 55% responsible and he is 45% responsible. He then references some unidentified table that says 1 child, 2 children, etc. I have a 20 year old in college, an 18 year old living at home in college a 15 year old and a 13 year old. I still owe my prior lawyer (whom I am not satisfied with) $5700 and am hesitant to call her, as I cannot afford more legal fees.

Your ex-husband does not have the right to unilaterally decide what amount of child support is proper.
