Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

my husband's affair

He is in the Army,she is a civilian contractor, she works with him, i will be filing for div. soon, my question is i saw text's in his cell from her, i responded to it, just something to the effect thatif he wanted her he would of left me by now, that type thing, i have never harrassed or showed up where she lives, call her alot,etc. nothing like that, my husband is a real winner, he has been messing around almost 12 years pretty much, she said she will have my @#@ thrown in jail for harrassing her, which i don't , can she pull anything? she is very low-class,should i file a complaint against her? i have two young boy's with this guy. I don't know what she is capable of. I was thinking of telling JAG, but if there is a chance he loses his job, it will just be bad for me and our kid's. Julie

I don't see a successful harrassment case on her part against you. You should see a divorce attorney.
