Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My husband's girlfreind posted my son's on you tube having fun outside, it is totally staged, my kid's hate going over to her house, they don't like her, it that illegal without my permission? they are 13 and 10, also if my kid's tell their Dad they want to come home can he force them to stay right up until the time the court order says? i thought they have a right to say no, they don't want to go over.

The Court does not have jurisdiction over your husband's girl friend, so the court cannot control her actions. It does not look great, however, for your husband to be seeing another woman with your kids before the divorce. Is there an attorney for the minor children involoved? An AMC might address this issue.
