illegal eviction of a husband by the wife
Is it okay for my soon to be ex wife to change the locks to the door or throw me out of my dwelling I pay for utility and other expenses?

No it is not. You should go down to the police station and ask that she be spoken to about this. It could be considered criminal lock out. No one can lock someone out of their home.
You also may have civil remedies in the divorce proceeding.
