irs rebate

Being separated from my wife for 3 months, and receiving the $300. rebate deposited in my checking account for each of us, am I obligated to give her the $300. or can I use it to pay home bills?

Home (i.e., joint home) bills is OK, just don't pay you own bills.

Unless there is a court order, you can do anything you want with the check.
