Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

If i was joined in civil union in CT and am now living in TX and trying to get a divorce what should I do? Thanks!

I'm not sure if Texas recognizes civil unions so I don't know if you could file a divorce there. You or your partner would need to live in CT for atleast 12 months prior to the judgment of divorce. Otherwise, CT does not have jurisdiction.
