Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My ex and i have joint custody of out 15 and 12 year old sons, but i have primary residence, my ex has a DUI and and cannot drive, he lives about a mile away so he rides his bike over to see the kids and he is still half owner of our home, does he have the right to come in for visitation even though i have primary residence? i feel at times he is only coming over to spy on me and feel uncomfortable.
