kicking out my daughter

when is it legal to kick a kid out of the house? my daughter is 18 (19 in june) does not work sleeps all day plays all night what can i do?

If your daughter is 18 years old then she is an adult. I know of no law that says you have to continue to support her, unless there is a court order that says otherwise.

Do you think "kicking her out" is the answer?

Maybe she needs "help."
