left state during custody battle

my lease was up next week come from new york my whole life i lived in ct for 5 years i have 3 children 2 from previous marriage i have full cust of them with visitation every other weekend i was suppose to have trial on july 10th and 11th but was cancelled due to my lawyer getting hurt now i dont havr him anymore i have temp full custody now he wants full custody i dont drink do drugs nothing weve had family services involve and a law guardian one who advocates more for mu husband then my child this system is really corupt out here they know he is an alcoholic and have it put in the report but hope he wont drink around my son i didnt know what to doove back with my family and support group can i get in trouble although there isnt anything stating i cant move there was a family eval that said the recom was that i get full custody but not recommended to move but my husbamd wouldnt settle and wants full custody now can someone help me and give me some advice my children are my life and i dont understand the new haven system is sick and defintley tainted its actually sad
