Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Legal Emancipation

Hi. I am doing a school research project on Legal Emancipation. The information has been limited for the most part. I just have a couple of questions for you. I was wondering what the names of each side are i.e prosecution, defendant, plaintiff etc. Also, can you recall any famous cases that involve legal emancipation. I appreciate your time and effort,

Thanks,

Alexander Simon
