Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Is there any legal method of stopping my ex-husband for his ongoing verbal and emotional abuse. Since we have a son - it is impossible for me to leave the area and I do limit contact as much as possible.

You could file a post-judgment motion in the divorce case and have this matter heard by a court by requesting that the court order him to stop and if he doesn't stop, request that he be ordered into anger management classes or other appropriate therapy.
