Legal seperation

My husband left me .Hes been gone 4 weeks ,i do not work i need to receive some kind of help . He stopped paying on our house .They are ready to foreclose i have no place to go.I have my grandson and daughter living with me . And health wise i am not doing good .I have kidney problems i will be going for surgery the 21 of march, i have a history of kidney stones . Can u please help me thank you .

There are several things that you should do. First, you may seek in court a preliminary order of support, which may, if the circumstances warrant it, be entered prior to a divorce. I would advise that you consult an attorney to do so, or, if you qualify you may wish to consult a legal aid organization in your community. Also, for general support you should look into what resources exist where you live to help people (typically women) who are undergoing similar circumstances.
