Lifetime alimony payments

I have lifetime alimony payments to wife I divorced 18 yrs ago. She had stroke 9 years ago and has been incapable of taking care of her affairs. I paid alimony until last year when our last child turned 18. She lives with our oldest son. Do I still have to pay alimony?
