Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut
I live in CT. My divorce was final 6 months ago. I have 2 children, which I share joint custody with my ex, but they have primary residency with me. The only relocation stipulation in our divorce agreement is about if I move out of state. I want me and my children to move in with my boyfriend. Still in the state of CT. Does my ex have any legal right or way of stopping me?

Probably not, unless he can show there is something wrong with your boyfriend or you are moving so far away in CT that visitation could be a problem or burden for him.
