Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

I live in Ct. we are divorcing after 15 years . My spouse wants 50% of my 401k and rollover savings. About 1/4 of the balance was acquired before our marriage. Will she get the full 50%?

The answer to this will depend on how effective each of your respective attorneys are. I would definitely make the argument however.
