Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

I live in CT. I pay weekly child support plus an additional 50% for child care. She provides me these bogus receipts. I know she is using care4kids and I tried to get confirmation from them but due to confidentiality they said they could not confirm or deny if she was using care4kids. She made me lose my job last year and we both work part time jobs. How can I get verification that she is using care4kids?

You'd have to subpoena their records.

You are the father. You have the right to see the records. File a motion with the court in the support action requesting a court order that you can access Care for Kids records.
