Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

i live in torrington i need to move to danielson and need to take my daughter but the girl im with is going to fight it. what do i do. she has lots of medical issues. she also only works 20-30 hours a week not even enough to take care of herself. please help

Are you referring to your daughters mother or a girlfriend not associated with your daughter. You need to be more specific!
