Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

i have lived with a man for almost 20 years. i have paid for some of the utilities and grocerys. i have also done repairs to the house and i was wondering what the laws were if i leave what am i entitled to. i have tried to make it work but it has finally gone to the end and i need to move on. i feel that after 20 years i should be entitled to something for all the years i spent with this man.

However, you should speak to an attorney because you may have a contract claim if you and him had any kind of "agreements" regarding any of the assets or money.
