Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

I have been living with my girlfriend renting for about 3 years now. She is receiving a property settlement payable over the course of 30 months. This 30 month time frame is ending in August. At that time, my GF's and Ex's divorce contract stipulates that either party may file a motion for child support. My girlfriend is currently unemployed due to some health issues. Is it possible for her Ex to come after my income because we co-habitate?

It's not clear who the child is living with. If the child is living with the father, he can not seek child support from you. However, he could impute a financial benefit to her if you are supporting her because that is a recurring gift to a domestic partner and this could be considered income to her for purposes of calculating child support.
