Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

I just looked up the ruling to my divorce case, and saw that there was a judgement of dismissal due to 14-3. Does this mean I'm still married.

It does appear so. 14-3 permits dismissal upon motion by a party or on the court's own motion for lack of diligence in pursuing the action.
