Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

I married my husband in Oct 09, and moved from CT to OH. He recently left me and forced me to move back to CT where my family is. How do I go about filing for divorce?

You can file in CT so long as by the time the divorce judgment enters, you have lived in CT for a year.
