after masters trial how close does a judge rule to masters judgement

If you are referring to a special masters pretrial, the recommendations of the special masters is only that, it is not a trial and the judge is not told what they recommend. If you don't settle your case you will go to trial in front of a judge.

The recommendation of the special masters is not revealed to the judge, but in my 40+ years' experience, the special masters have a pretty good handle on what the currently sitting judges in that courthouse do in cases like yours.
