Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

mediation

My husband wants to do mediation, he has been unfaithful pretty much 12 years, he just moved out and took all our refund without me signing anything even though i am on the w2.s and the refund, he electronically put it into his own acct. i am not on it which the IRS said is against the law , he will not give me the half he promised me and also my Dad heard it, will a mediator, fight for me or should i get someone that will? my husband is a compulsive liar. and also a drinker

Forget the mediator. You need a really good lawyer.
