Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

mom that need help DCF

I live in CT and I called the cops on my partner, for try to run me over with his truck . we are married and we have one child together. DCF (child sevice) got in to my life because of the police report. but any way they are trying to tell me that he was trying to shot me in the front lawn. which is not true. DCF are making thing up as the go. how do I get them out of my life for the false clams? AND they are saying that If my hus,, come back that is a danger to my child and they will take my kid. But the courts aloud him to come back it to the house. SO how is that a danger and neget to my child if the court said he can come back?
