DCF (CHILD SERVICE'S) WAS CALLED on me by the police. Becuase I had my husband arrested for trying to hit me with a truck.. he was in jail for 2 day and he got out on a P/T for a year and has to take anger class's.. THe juge has a order on him were he can come in and out of the house but he can not fight with me in any way .. he was out of the house for a month then he just came back and DCF told me that is putting my child in danger having him here. I did not tell my husband to come back it is OUR house together and and everything is 50/ 50. WHY would DCF take my child if I was not un-fit intill he just walked into the house? WHAT can I do To keep my child? DCF aslo made up fake reports on my husband shot guns on the front lawn. Which is not true because there are no guns becuase the police took them over a month ago. WHAT SHOULD I DO .. FOR MYSELF AND MY CHLID THAT IS 1 YEAR OLD

There is an appeal process that you may do (see social services website) if there is a decision you object to. Social services was likely called into this situation because even though you may be a fit parent the living situation for your child poses a danger due to your husband.
