Motion to Dismiss , Ex Parte Order

I am representing myself in my divorce and custody trial. I need to know how to file a motion to dismiss the other attorneys motion for a contiuence and how to file a motion for ex parte to get more vistitation time with my baby..sincerley--

You would file an objection to the continuance not a motion to dismiss. To get more visitation, you would probably file a motion for modification of the current order. These are just general tips. If you need further help, you can email me at [email protected].
