ownership of house
if i leave my house after a fight and want to move out because of domestic problems do i still own half of my house or did i abandon it?

No, you will still have your interest in the house, however leaving may indicate abandonment of the marriage, subjecting you to a divorce suit for same. I would advise speaking with an attorney specifically.
