Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

I am a third party picking up/ droping off my nephew between parents and one of the parents are complaining about being a few minutes late. What is the alotment time that she can wait until she is able to leave, if I am late?

There isn't an "allotment time" but usually less than fifteen minutes is acceptable.
