Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

paternity/child support

My fiance (with whom I have two children and am raising his daughter from his marriage) is trying to divorce his wife, who left him 10 years ago with another man (or two or three)

She is a deadbeat who has lived on state aid, moving from state to state and guy to guy. She has 7 minor children. One lives with us, another my fiance knows is his, two are in question because she has told people they aren't his, and two definitely aren't his because they were born while she was on the run, and one is in the custody of the biological father who is in court presently terminating her parental rights.

The state, since she is on welfare, is requiring my fiance to pay child support for the three that she has (two of whom very well may not be his), the two she has that he's not even on the birth certificate for, and the one that lives in texas with the biological father that she is losing her rights to.

This is stressing us (for many reasons) including that we support our two kids together, his daughter, and two of my kids from my first marriage (I was granted no support and told to get a second job for my kids)

What can we do? She apparently can't be forced to paternity testing.

Re: paternity/child support

Are you saying you are paying support for 6 kids? Which state is going after you? How many years has it been that he has been paying? after a certain number of years, they won't let you deny paternity, but generally speaking, you are entitled to force her to have genetic testing.
