You can not now go back to court and claim part of his pension because this is a property distribution issue. Once you are divorced, you can not go back and claim any of the assets of the marriage. You may have been entitled to part of it as part of the divorce settlement or judgment. Furthermore, you would have had four months to reopen it, but that too has expired.
