Does a person that is legally divorced and has thus given up all parental rights to his children still pay child support?

Being legally divorced does not result in the giving up of parental rights. You should always support your children. Always. You should look at the "Child Support Guidelines" so you can figure out what the state expects you to pay to the custodial guardian of your children.
