Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Prenuptial agreement

My husband and I have been married for over 10 years. We signed a prenuptial agreement before marriage. Is it still inforcable or legal because we have been married for 10 years?

Re: Prenuptial agreement

The length of time would not invalidate the agreement. There are other legal hurdles if you or your husband want to contest its validity. If you need further help, you can email me at [email protected].
