prenuptial agreements

I am in need of some information on ''pre-nup's'' i am looking for the straight facts about how to file, what finicial information is required, and the legality of the contract itself... will it stand up in court? i am in the music industry and allthough at the time of marriage i will not have an extroidinary amount of assets and niether will she but, it is very likely in the future we will. if you could send me a sample agreement also that would be terrific! thanks.......
