Hello, My question : What does "claim for trial list" in a DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE / divorce in the state of Connecticut mean?

Hello- If your case has been "claimed for trial" it means that it is on the trial docket. You will eventually have a trial date scheduled and you must be prepared on that date to proceed with your evidence, witnessess, etc..
