Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut
Hello, My question : What does "claim for trial list" in a DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE / divorce in the state of Connecticut mean?
1 Answer from Attorneys
Hello- If your case has been "claimed for trial" it means that it is on the trial docket. You will eventually have a trial date scheduled and you must be prepared on that date to proceed with your evidence, witnessess, etc..
If you have not spoken to an attorney regarding your case, you should most likely do so sooner rather than later. If you would like more information, please do not hesitate to contact me:
