Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My question is my husband and i are going thru a divorce, he is coming into our house to do an inventory and take pictures, i have never heard of that, is that the normal thing to do in CT.?

I wouldn't say it's "normal." Most people know what they have in their house. They don't need to take an inventory and pictures. Do you have so much stuff that he can't remember what's in the house?

Nevertheless, do you have a problem with him coming into the house? Although it's not clear from your question, it appears he isn't living there.

If you have any objections to him coming in to do the "inventory" you need to express those objections by motion to the court or to your attorney.
