Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My question is one of many my husband's girlfreind's of only four months video taped my kid's having fun(a PR stunt) outside at a house her and my husband are renting, is my permission needed for her to post on Youtube?

I don't think it's a crime for her to post the pictures, however, if you are going through a divorce, you could file a motion with the court requesting the court order that she remove them from YouTube since you did not give permission.
