What can I do to get the real father's name on the baby's birth certificate?

I'm still married but separated and will have my divorce finalized next year after the baby is born but the baby isn't my husband's baby. What can I do to get the real father's name on the baby's birth certificate? He is willing to sign the acknowledge of paternity.
