Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut
Need help!
I have been a relationship with my ex-husband for 12 yrs. Moved back into our home 4 yrs. ago with my son - who by the way he has acknowledged as his own since I was 3 months pregnant. We have also discussed getting remarried during this time - several times. He ha had a problem with drugs - of all kinds since he was 13 yrs old. Last year he tried to commit suicide - I was the one out of all these so concern faily members who saved him (within minutes of fatality), now he has tried to get the help he needs, twice going to his brothers out of state (but not getting professional medical help dealing with underlying issues). Now he has gone again - for the 3rd time to get help - his family is forcing me to move out - where do I stand legally?

Most of the paragraph, although important to you, I'm sure, is not relevant at all to the issue, which I believe, is can his family force you out of the home you are living in.
I have no clue as to the answer. I don't know who owns it.
