Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut
restraining order
My to be x wife is living in CT with
her fiance. She filed a restraining
order against me in CT alleging
certain acts that I did to her.
Everything she swore to in the order
are lies. Do I have any recourse
about charging her with perjury,
harassment, etc. and what else can I
do to stop future issues along these
lines.
Thank you.

Re: restraining order
First you have to prevail in the final hearing on the restraining order causing it to be dismissed.
Only if you are able to accomplish this feat will you be able to pursue prosecuting your former wife.
