My son lives with his mother and I pay child support for him. He is turning 18 in June and graduating high school at the same time.When can I stop paying child support payments?

As of his 18th birthday or when he graduates, whichever is later. However, if the money is being taken out of your paycheck as a result of a wage withholding order from the court, you will have to file a Motion to Modify with the court to get the wage withholding stopped.
