Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

my son recently divorced in MT 2 years ago he packed up and moved there from CT. She had cheated on him before he got there and has ever since.Unfortunate thing is she had a baby( more than likely on purpose) The baby was born 01/09/2010 End of may she sent baby home with her family here in CT to supposedly work on marriage. Divorce went through end of june. Baby stay here until aug. when they came out and picked her up. Then again Nov 14 she sends baby home again with her parents with my son having no say in it. She is in air force. Would my son have a chance if he came back to CT and sued for custody

The custody issue should have been addressed in the divorce proceedings. Nevertheless, the baby would have to have lived here in CT for atleast 6 months (consecutively) for CT to have jurisdiction.
