Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My son turned 18 this year and is still a tenth grader in high school. I live in Minnesota and his father lives in Connecticut. His father stopped paying child support because he turned 18 I think he should still be paying until he is out of high school, which is right?

Under CT law, he has to pay child support until your son reaches the age of 19 or graduates from high school, whichever occurs first.
