Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My son's father is attending college and living with his parents. They support him financially. My son is 12 months old. His father has court ordered visitation hours from Mondays until Tuesday, and Friday and Sunday. Is his parents obligated to pay child support for my son as his father does not have an income.
