Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My ex and I split 9 months ago, and since then she hasn't allowed me to see any of my children once. I am taking her to court, but there is such a run-around she's playing, I am devestated. What can I do? Additionally, my 5-yr.old daughter has recently been diagnosed with cancer, but my ex is now denying my paternity.

You need to ask the court for a hearing in front of a judge and you may want to ask the court to appoint a guardian ad litem to represent the children.
