Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Squatters law

My ex-fiance threw me out with no place to go. My car is in here name and she is now threating to report it stolen. So now that leaves me with no car and no residence. Whatr my options and rights in this matter?

She can not "throw you out" of your home whether it is a rent or she owns it. She can not change the locks either. Go to the local police department and have them escort you back there. She must evict you to get you out.

Can't help you regarding the vehicle if it is in her name.
