Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

Hi,

I'm stuck. How do I write a letter to my Daughter-in-Law re: refusal to let me see my Grandson (only if we run into a public place) for NINE (9) years. Also refuses to let his Dad see him for TWO (2) years (divorced). Please help.
