subpoena compliance

i received a subpoena to appear in court re case xxx on january 1,2005 or date heard within 60 days of this date...on january 10 a hearing was held on the motion i was there and the judge denied the motion without any testimony from me.....question = if another hearing is held after january 10 on another motion dated after january 10 an i required to appear under this subpoena or does another subpoena have to be issued?

If it's the same motion being heard, the subpoena is good (for the 60 days). If it's a new or different motion, a new subpoena is needed.
